Irena and Damien initially wanted a Bilingual Wedding Invitation for their wedding in Prague but quickly realised the result would be more effective and easier to read if they opted for separate English and Czech versions.
After exchanging a few emails, Damien and Irena choose my Floral Swirl design and kept the original sumptuous purple and pinks colours I created for Abby and Ian. Half was bespoke printed in Czech and half in English. Irena looked after the translation and I sourced a suitable font for the Czech version.
Damien and Irena had designed a few of their own passport stamps, featuring key memories like ‘first sight’ and ‘first date’, which I was able to add to their invitations for that truly personal touch. The timescale for designing and producing their invitations was tight but I will always do everything I can to meet a deadline. Damien and Irena were a pleasure to work with and I wish them all the best. I was delighted to receive this comment on my website once the finished invitations had been delivered.
"Wonderful experience...We needed invitations in a hurry as we
had spent weeks either trying to make our own or find a website that met
our concept perfectly and for the best price...Then we found Kate.
Kate's passport designs were great and we immediately fell in love with one...over the process of a few short emails we then had our idea on draft both in English and in Czech!
Better still was in a few weeks when they arrived - the quality of paper, print and colour was just perfect! Very Impressed!
Overall, Kate was extremely helpful both with design and the pressure of time. She is now highly recommended by us!
Good Luck & Best Wishes to all who read this,
Damien & Irena"
