Sunset Wedding Invitations
- Samantha and Angelo -

Sunset wedding invitations were what Samantha and Angelo had in mind when they first contacted me looking for passport wedding invitations for their wedding abroad.

Samantha had seen an invitation on my site she liked and wanted to incorporate it into a passport invitation with matching boarding card RSVP. After discussing initial ideas Samantha sent me over the wording she required along with a picture for the passport page and the finished result can be seen below.

Samantha also asked if I could source some coloured envelopes to match her theme. I found the perfect Champagne coloured metallic ones and supplied both the envelopes for mailing out and the RSVP envelopes for their guests to use for their replies.

Invitation Address Labels

Lastly realising they didn't want to have to hand write all the addresses for over 150 envelopes I created these matching address labels. They are a great way to continue the theme of your stationery and a will give a professional look to your finished envelope.

Sunset Wedding Invitations - Testimonial

"Hi Kate,

Just wanted to let you know that we received the invitations. We absolutely LOVE them! You did a WONDERFUL job!! You made one of my wishes come true by making my invitations unique and personal, unlike traditional wedding invites which I find dry and over-rated.

My heart is smiling thanks to you!

Best Regards, Samantha"

Samantha and Angelo chose to have a separate boarding pass/airline ticket shaped RSVP card for their guests. They asked for these to be mailed back to them and included small RSVP envelopes with their invitations to make it as easy as possible for their guests.

Another idea would have been to have a tear off RSVP card attached to this type of Passport design. Both options work well for destination weddings but the tear off RSVP card within the Passport does work out slightly cheaper. It can still be designed to look like a boarding pass/airline ticket if that's the effect you're after. Don't forget to include an "Please Reply By" date on any RSVP you send as you want to give your guests a deadline for their response. Work backwards from the date you need to know final numbers and allow an additional week or two if possible so you can chase any late replies.

Not sure what else to include on the RSVP card for your Sunset Wedding Invitations? Contact me and I'd be happy to help you make sure you've covered all the options.
